Return Policy

ONLINE PURCHASE PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY  

1.1 Product Guarantee and Rescission

Alchemista offers a 100% thirty (30) day money-back satisfaction guarantee (less outbound shipping of $9.95 and return shipping charges) to all Preferred and Direct Customers and Retail Customers. Products shipped directly to a Preferred or Direct Customer by the Company must be returned to the Company and the refund will be issued to the Customer by the Company. This product satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse, and shipping costs are not refundable. 

1.2 Rescission

1.2.1 Retail Customers

Federal and state law requires that a retail customer who makes a purchase of $25.00 or more has three business days (excluding Sundays and legal holidays) (5 business days for Alaska residents and 15 business days in North Dakota for Individuals age 65 and older) after the sale or execution of a contract to cancel the order and receive a full refund consistent with the cancellation notice on the order form or sales receipt. 

1.2.2. Direct and Preferred Customers

Alchemistas notify their Direct and Preferred Customers that they have three business days (excluding Sundays and legal holidays) (5 business days for Alaska residents and 15 business days in North Dakota for Individuals age 65 and older) within which to cancel their purchase and receive a full refund upon return of the products in substantially as good condition as when they were delivered.  Alchemistas should also notify their Direct Customers and Preferred Customers about these time limits at the time they enroll as a Direct Customer or Preferred Customer and place their first order. Products shipped directly to a Preferred or Direct Customer by the Company must be returned to the Company and the refund will be issued to the Customer by the Company. Direct and Preferred Customers may contact the Company for a “call tag” that will provide return shipping back to the Company at no cost to the Customer.

1.2.3. Montana Residents

A Montana resident may cancel his or her Alchemista Agreement within 15 days from the date of enrollment, and may return his or her Starter Kit for a full refund within such time period.

2.1 Procedures for All Returns

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

  • All items must be returned by the Alchemista or customer who purchased it directly from Alchemista.  

  • All items to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number which is obtained by calling the Alchemista Services Department.  This Return Authorization Number must be written on each carton returned.

  • The return is accompanied by:

    • The original packing slip with the completed (and signed Consumer Return information, if applicable);

    • The unused portion of the item(s) in its/their original container. 

  • Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the items(s) being returned, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested.  All returns must be shipped to Alchemista shipping pre-paid. Alchemista does not accept shipping-collect packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned items shall be on the Alchemista.  If the returned items are not received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Alchemista to trace the shipment. 

  • If an Alchemista is returning merchandise to Alchemista that was returned to him or her by a personal retail customer, the product must be received by Alchemista within ten (10) days from the date on which the retail customer returned the merchandise to the Alchemista, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt the Alchemista gave to the customer at the time of the sale. 

No refund or replacement of any items will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
